Shelby Triglianos VP of Operations

Current Job: Office Manager

Hometown: Mahwah, NJ

Favorite Rochester Gem: Corbett’s Glen for hiking, trail running, and splashing in the summer. I love getting in my runs through the trails and loops but feel guilty every time I leave my pup at home as he LOVES swimming and playing in the water, and I don’t mind the splashing either.

Bio: Growing up in Northern New Jersey, I was raised in the hustle and bustle of New York City and never loved it. Moving to Rochester, thanks to the influence of my sister, allowed my husband and I the opportunity to reap the benefits of city living while still enjoying a gateway to the outdoors thanks to the finger lakes region, Lake Ontario, and the not too far away Adirondack mountains. I’ve loved being able to settle in and start creating roots in an amazing area of the country while working as a Chiropractic Assistant in Brighton. When not working, I can usually be found outside running, biking, Stand Up Paddleboarding, or snowboarding (in the winter). I also work part-time for LL Bean’s Outdoor Discovery School teaching kayaking and Stand Up Paddleboard classes on beautiful Canandaigua Lake all summer long.

Elise Miklich VP of Marketing

Current Job: Social Media Coordinator at Nazareth College

Hometown: Syracuse, NY

Favorite Rochester Gem: Maplewood Park and Rose Garden when the roses are in bloom

Bio: You could say I have a thing for purple and gold. I’m a 2x Nazareth College alum (Communications ’13 and Marketing ’16G) who found her way back as the Social Media Coordinator for the College. Rochester has always been on my radar as a city with something special going on. As a member of a rock band in college, we would often book shows at the Bug Jar on Monroe Ave. I fell in love with the different personalities that encompassed different sections of the city and all of the creative people that lived there. When I’m not working on campus or volunteering time to grow RYP’s, you can find me gym hopping, enjoying a cup of coffee or seeing live music around the city.

Favorite Rochester Gem: Friday night dinner at Dorado’s off of Park Ave

Bio: I’ve lived in Rochester all my life, and I don’t ever plan on moving away. I’m a McQuaid Jesuit grad and have a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from RIT. Currently, I am a member of the sales team at Innovative Solutions, a local IT company in Rochester. I’ve grown up in a business-minded family and have been around business and technology my whole life.
