RYP Board Positions

Open Board Positions:

Social Greeter: Duties include - Greeting our members at the door of the social with the team of other social greeters to make the member feel welcome at the event. Letting the greeted member know the format of the social venue as well as what exclusive offers are available to them for the evening. This positon is a great way to become next in line for other board positions that may be opening up soon. Please follow the directions below if you are interested.

Photographer: Duties include - Attending one RYP event each month and taking photographs of the attendees and the venue. Posting those photographs to our Facebook page and our website. Professional photography skills a plus, but not mandatory. The preferred type of person is someone who likes to interact with people and snap pictures. Please follow the directions below if you are interested.

Sports Chair: Duties Include - The community has shown great interest in involving RYP in the sports groups and sporting events around town. The chair will coordinate and lead RYP teams in club sport type leagues. i.e. Kickball, Softball, Volleyball, Basketball, etc. The chair is not expected to participate in all of the teams, just help to lead and guide them. Interest in sports and playing on at least one of the RYP teams is a must. In addition, the chair will coordinate events and outings with sports teams around Rochester, including but not limited to the Amerks, the Red Wings, the Rhinos, the Knighthawks, the Razorsharks, etc. Please follow the directions below if you are interested.
