Rochester Young Professionals and RocCity Coalition are partnering to offer the RocIDEA Connection to empower future leaders of our city with events and workshops around inclusion, diversity, equity and, most importantly, action (IDEA).

Please join us for our next event, a cultural competency workshop led by Elisa DeJesus – a director at Ibero American Action League, Inc..

Ibero is a dual-language human services agency that ignites the potential of individuals and families to prosper and make the community stronger.

Established in 1968, Ibero has evolved to an agency that serves individuals and families of all ethnic backgrounds, with a unique ability to target the Latino community.

Light refreshments will be available and time for networking with your peers is built into the event time.

The event is free, with a $5 suggested donation at the door, but please RSVP here: http://rocideaculturalcompetency.rsvpify.com

*ASL interpreters provided upon request by emailing kayleigh.stampfler@gmail.com*
