The community conversation has deepened in designing strategies to address the pervasive conditions and impact of poverty on Rochester area families. Individuals are becoming compelled to learn more, become change agents, and contribute to creating equity and access for those who are most underserved and suffering in the places where we work, live, play and worship.

This powerful exercise is designed to help community leaders, health and human service providers, area businesses, and other community stakeholders increase their understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by those living in poverty and how current biases, systems, policies, and practices have created barriers.

The simulation is free, but space is limited. You must RSVP to hold your seat: http://www.eventbrite.com/e/poverty-simulation-tickets-43900784428

If you have attended a simulation in the past and wish to volunteer at this session or if you have any questions, please email Kayleigh Rae Stampfler at kstampfler@racf.org.
