Thinking about buying a house in the near future? Rochester Young Professionals has teamed up with the RocCity Coalition Housing Committee to organize a panel of Realtors, Mortgage Professionals & City of Rochester representatives to host a First time home buying seminar.

Even if you’re a current homeowner, this event might be a nice refresher on the “need to knows” and checklists of buying (or perhaps selling) a home for the first time.

Come meet some of the most experienced & personable Real Estate professionals in the business. The panelists participating will be available to answer any of your questions: including the very first steps, how to apply for a mortgage, searching for homes, first time home buying programs, grants, investing & so much more.

Light refreshments and snacks will be provided. This event will be hosted at Sibley Square, Thursday March 29th, 2018, from 5:30-7:30pm (Even if you can’t make it right away, feel free to drop in at anytime).

Attendees & panelists are invited to stop over after the event at the new “Bar Bantam” (The recently renovated bar in the Metropolitan Tower) for Drinks & networking.
