RocGrowth Candids is a bi-monthly event featuring regional entrepreneurs who share their stories and the lessons they’ve learned building successful businesses. They also feature innovative leaders who impact our community’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Recognizing the co-existence of a healthy creative class with a vibrant entrepreneurial environment, RocGrowth is launching a series that will feature Innovation in the Arts! This will include visual, culinary, theater, music and performing arts.

On July 11th, RYP and RocGrowth will feature some of the most significant contributors to the visual arts. The esteemed director of the Memorial Art Gallery (MAG), Jonathan Binstock, will moderate a panel that includes Bleu Cease, director of the internationally recognized Rochester Contemporary Art Center (RoCo), K.C. Sullivan, co-founder and director of UUU Art Collective and noted and distinctive artist, Sarah Rutherford. We think this discussion will help you understand the nexus between art and entrepreneurship…and that you will leave comforted to know that Rochester is in the vanguard of artistic innovation.

It will start and finish with networking over drinks and hors d’oeuvres. In between, we conduct an open interview, followed by Q&A, with our featured guests.
