RYP Sports has teamed up with M/Body Rochester to bring our members a night of fitness and fun. Join us for a sampling of classes followed by a Juice Tasting and presentation by Just Juice 4 Life founder Damaris.

The night will start with 20 minute sample classes of BoxingFusion, CycleFunk and M/BodyBarre. No experience with any class is necessary, be ready to have some fun with us. Class samples begin at 6:00pm and the Juice Tasting will begin at 7:30pm.

M/Body Rochester offers some of the best local and diverse classes to build your spirit and fitness level. Their community welcomes newcomers and elite athletes to train. Stop in to experience Barre, Boxing, Cycle, Boot Camp, HIIT Training, Yoga, and more.

This event is completely free but registration is required!

After registering you may schedule yourself for the October 21^stevent by clicking on “Schedule” and selecting the date of October 21^st. The event is listed as RYP Sports: “Box/Bike/Barre to Bar”.
