Rochester Young Professionals in excited to partner with Orangetheory Fitness for a free one-hour total body workout.
Each class has a focus of Endurance, Strength, Power or a combination of all 3. The workout is completely different each day of the week. They specialize in heart rate-based interval training with the best POST workout calorie burn. Each participant wears a heart rate monitor which tracks real time progress during the class which is displayed up on our large screen TVs.
Training in 5 heart rate zones and each class is facilitated by an experienced, nationally certified personal trainer to ensure that each individual is not over training or under training during the workout.
