This outing will be held on Sunday, August 27th at the Genesee Waterways Center, 149 Elmwood Ave in Rochester NY. We will start promptly at 10AM.

We will be learning Rowing Technique on the Concept 2 Rowing Machines and then getting out on the water in GWC’s 8 man shells. Be sure to dress appropriately for mild to medium exercise and try to wear clothing that IS NOT baggy. Basketball shorts and the like tend to get caught up in the sliding seats on the boat.
